Mr Kandinda is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the organization to ensure efficient and effective operations. Furthermore, he manages resources, coordinate departments, implements policies, and optimizes processes to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, budgeting, staffing, quality control, and ensuring compliance. The Project managers directly report to Mr. Kandinda.

Mr. Kandinda holds a Trade Diploma in Plater/Boilermaker from the Namibia Institute of Mining and Technology. Plus, the following IT certificates, A+, N+, Windows 7,8,10 & 11, MCSE, and MCSP from the Center for Enterprise Development at Namibia University of Science and Technology and he is Linux certified from The Exedin Training Academy of Namibia. Furthermore, he had completed the following training with the Ministry of Agriculture, Land, and Reform: Goat and Sheep Farming, Beef and Dairy Cattle Farming, Indigenous Chicken Farming.
